Hello,
The Paso Robles Giant Pumpkin Weigh-off is welcoming sponsors for the 3rd Annual Paso Robles Giant
Pumpkin Weigh-off. The Weigh-off will be held in the Downtown City Park on October 25, 2008 in
conjunction with the Golden Oaks Festival and Golden State Classic Car Show.
This is a wonderful Sponsorship Opportunity for your company and for promoting agriculture in our
community. Sponsors will be advertised in the 2008 Event Brochure, on a large Sponsor Board at the
2008 Weigh-off and indefinitely on our website, www.PasoRoblesGiantPumpkinWeighoff.com. All
monetary donations are welcome. We are looking for commitments now so we can start advertising
and promoting your business as being apart of the 2008 Event.
Your contribution may be tax deductible as an advertising expense.
There are 2 ways to donate:

2. Donate by MasterCard, Visa or Pay Pal by visiting our website:

This year we are expecting pumpkins greater than 1000 pounds and Media attention. We are offering two
prize categories; the “Open Division”, which is available to all qualified participants Nationwide and the
San Luis Obispo County Resident Division for our local growers. (SLO County Residents are eligible for
both divisions). The 2007 Open Division 1st Place winner was Michelle Lofthouse of Monrovia, CA. Her
pumpkin weighed in at a whopping 1,376 lbs! The S.L.O. County 1st Place winner was Carly Torres of
Paso Robles, CA. Her pumpkin weighed an impressive 474 lbs.
